Public riding ring in 2009
After Hein Horning in the Dithmarscher local newspaper ( DLZ ) with the "Summer Tip" again properly advertise our public riding ring on 8 and 9 August 2009 was admitted on both event days over 100 riders honor. There were chosen the winners and the team the best as by skill in handling the horse ring and binoculars from .

Boßeln in the "Ditmar shear Switzerland"

In classical Boßeln two teams play each other. There are no set trajectory, but the competitions are held on roads. Each launcher interspersed with his throw to the landing point of the accuse to his team. The goal is the respective Boßelstrecke with as few Throws to overcome. The team that it needs the fewest throws wins. With the same number of litter the game is considered a tie. on 21/03/2009 this year Boßeln was organized by the ring riding club Welmbüttel - Gaushorn - Schrum , on the streets and paths of the three municipalities in the " Dithmarscher Switzerland "instead.
breakfast at 09:00 clock was meeting at the Country Inn "restaurant Waldesruh "To the musical accompaniment, the fire department band Wrohm had been invited. She played for the entertainment of the crews and local residents known" wise men "from the German and international songs.
